Chocolate Cake's Recipe

A rich and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion, topped with creamy chocolate frosting.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup strong black coffee (warm)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, coffee, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth. The batter will be thin.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
- Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting and serve!
