  1. Soak the pancit bihon in water for about 10 minutes until softened, then drain.
  2. In a large pan or wok, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and shrimp, cooking until browned and no longer pink.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the carrots and cabbage, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the drained bihon noodles. Toss gently until the liquid is absorbed and noodles are cooked.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with calamansi on the side. Enjoy!
