  1. In a large pot, combine pork, onion, and tomatoes. Add water and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer until the pork is tender, about 45 to 60 minutes.
  3. Add the radish and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sinigang mix and fish sauce. Add the long green chilies.
  5. Add the kangkong (stems first, then leaves). Cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender.
  6. Serve hot and Enjoy!
